I am using VMware Workstation Pro 12.5, but was not able to find “Apple MAC OS X” option, when selecting Guest OS type. Am I missing something, or should I use some other version of VMware Workstation Pro?

Hi, I did as explained everything works super cool !! Great job man. I’m just curious about the future updates, can we do the future software update when it becomes available in the App store? Or will it effect the guest OS if i do updates from app store?

I can’t get sound to “output” using a USB audio interface. The interface is recognized within the OS but whenever I go to play something it doesn’t even start playing, but when I switch back to the internal audio it plays perfectly fine.

There is a problem when I try to download macOs’s image. Even if I execute to fix download limit, I receive: “Download quota exceeded for this file”. I’ve tried split parts too, but no success

Is this work in AMD? Cause I follow all the steps and all I get is the first screen (black with the Apple) but not load or pass from there.

Hi, first of all. It works! Nice 🙂 But I have the problem, that the display stays in the initial size… it doesn’t use my display size…. I’ve installed the vmware tools, but it still doesn’t work…. Has anyone a fix for that?
Thanks 🙂

Hi, I have this problem:

A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of a virtual machine, it would have caused the physical machine to restart. The shutdown state can be reached by incorrectly configuring the virtual machine, a bug in the guest operating system, or a problem in VMware Player.

How can I solve it?
