Step 2: Patch the VMware using Unlocker

Open Folder \unlock all\windows; Right Click install.cmd, Click Run as Administrator.:

Once it has successfully patched the VMware Player or VMware workstation, you should be able to see the Mac OS X guest support as shown below:

Step 3: Create New Virtual Machine

Open VMware Player or Workstation then select “create new virtual mahine”,
Guest OS: Apple Mac OS X
Version: Mac OS X 10.11

Step 4: Edit Your Virtual Machine

Click “Edit Virtual Machine Setting” Select Harddisk (Sata) Click Remove:

Click Add – Hard Disk – SATA, Click “Use an Existing Virtual Disk”, Browse to your Image location D:\..\OS X El Capitan..vmdk file then click Open

You can set up Ram with 2.56 to 4 GB and your processor is 2 to 4 core:

Step 5: Edit VMX File

Open Your vmx file with Notepad:

  • Me-I downloaded the 7 part version.. how do i do it from the 7 part version….

  • Messages app is very sporadic if it will send the messages or receive them. They will work for a while and then stop. Or it won’t try to iMessage and will go text message and usually fail. I have bootloader installed. Is there anything else to try?

  • How do i change the size of the screen? I have a 15-inch monitor and the current resolution is in 4:3 mode, and I would really rather have it in 16:9 mode

  • I recently upgraded from yosemite to el captain (using the app store) and my apple device is no longer recognized by the virtual machine. Any suggestions or fixes?

      • Just installed bootloader (installation was successful) but still the same problem. Neither xcode or itunes recognizes any plugged in devices. (Device is recognized by VM and on windows)

        • I change the usb port from 3.0 to 2.0 was you mentioned in one of your previous comments below and it started working. Thanks for you help!!!

  • i did everything you did say in the tutorial and its working like charm no complain, but only one thing annoying me, something is downloading in the background and eating up all my network all the time, downloaded 500 mb till now and i can’t figure out what is it or how to stop it, no appstore downloads or anything i checked, i did quit almost every program i can think of might be using connection so what to do please help me ^^

    • Hi Samy. Check your Windows Update and disable it, Use Activity Monitor on OS X to read system network. Give me your screenshot?

      • the update is disabled am sure of it, also it kept using my full bandwidth downloaded over 3 gb and still using it till now, once i open the system it start downloading, and the list of activity log is so much big so, should i get it on 2 / 3 screenshots? or what to do ? also i installed bootloader but still can’t log in to appstore 🙁
